Maahaeroo, nice name but what does it mean?

Maahaeroo means the beauty of the Moon or someone’s face as beautiful as the moon. And we make outfits for every female out there and everyone is a Maahaeroo.

How does your outfit fit?

We firmly believe that no-body is standard. Most of the retailers out there make outfits with a standard measurement, we don’t. We know that most of the people don’t have a standard body measurement. That’s why we make custom fits most of the times as per the measurements provided by our customers. So, our outfits are world’s best-fitted outfits.

I don’t know about my measurement, what to do?

We recommend the best measurements with a measuring tape or from a nearby boutique so that we can give you the best fit. In case, that’s actually rare, you don’t have access to any of the mentioned two options then we need the standard size of your best outfit from any brand.

What if my outfit doesn’t fit well?

Its rarest of the rare case that the outfit doesn’t fit if it’s made by our skilful tailors with the measurements provided by the customer. Still, we are humans. Why doesn’t any COD option there?

Our outfits are handmade by our craftsmen in our own factories. We invest in every step in the journey of an outfit. Everyone puts his/her soul in creating an outfit & COD has a lesser success rate with our earlier experiences with other marketplaces. That is why we don’t believe in this trending e-Commerce mantra. 

Do I need to pay additional taxes in India for my product?

We have the prices including GST mentioned on our website. You do not need to pay any taxes in additional.

What countries do you ship to?

We have already shipped to 76 countries and counting. Wherever you are, you can place an order with us. 

Will I have to pay customs & additional taxes on my purchase?

Frankly speaking, we are still researching customs policies. Every country has different policies and these are so wide in scope. We suggest contacting the respective local customs office. Any charges for customs clearance, local duties or import taxes are to be borne by the customer only. We don’t have any control over any overseas duty and we don’t take responsibility for any such charges.
